Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event.
After this point, tickets become non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by ReconnectLDN.
If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please email info@reconnectldn.com with the new guest's name no later than 48 hours before the event.
No physical or digital tickets will be issued.
