How do I receive my ticket?
ReconnectLDN operates a paperless guest list.
No physical or digital tickets will be issued.
Once you've booked, you'll receive an order confirmation by email, and your name will be added to the guest list.
Simply give your name at the door on arrival, and our team will check you in.
Refund policy

Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund up until 11:59pm on the Monday two weeks before the event.
After this time, tickets become non-refundable as venue, staffing and production costs have been committed.
If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your booking to someone else. Simply email us with their name before 12:00pm on the day of the event.
If ReconnectLDN cancels or reschedules the event, you'll be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to the new date.
